네모 앨범이란?
네모 앨범은 친환경 소재를 사용하는 스마트 앨범입니다. 네모 앨범의 하드 케이스와 TAG LP는 제조 과정에서 탄소 배출량이 적으며 환경 호르몬 ‘비스페놀 A’를 배출하지 않는 바이오 플라스틱 에코젠(ECOZEN)을 원료로 사용합니다. 지류 및 기타 앨범 구성품은 환경 파괴를 최소화하는 방식으로 제작되며 재활용에 용이한 소재를 사용합니다. 앨범을 즐기기 위한 필수 구성품만 담아 60g 내외로 컴팩트하게 소장할 수 있습니다.
네모 앨범은 카드, TAG LP, 키링, 피규어 등 다양한 형태로 출시되고 있습니다. 네모즈 앱을 통해 세 가지 방식(NFC, 네모코드, QR코드)중 하나로 앨범을 정품 인증합니다. 계정에 앨범이 등록되면 음악, 영상, 이미지 등을 즐길 수 있습니다. 네모즈 앱의 모든 콘텐츠는 언어의 장벽 없이 다국어로 편리하게 사용할 수 있습니다. 또한, 앨범 발매 이후에도 콘텐츠가 지속해서 업데이트되어 소장 가치를 높여줍니다.

* 네모즈 앱 계정에는 최대 2개의 기기를 등록하여 사용할 수 있습니다. 등록한 기기를 해지한 후에는 다른 기기를 제한 없이 등록하여 사용할 수 있으며, 분실 등의 이유로 등록한 기기를 사용할 수 없는 경우에 한하여 월 1회 해지할 수 있습니다.
What is a Nemo Album?
Nemo Album is a smart album made with eco-friendly materials. We use ECOZEN, a bioplastic that has a low carbon footprint and does not emit the environmental hormone "bisphenol A" during manufacturing for our Nemo Album hard case and TAG LPs. The album components are made in ways that minimize environmental impact and use materials that are easily recycled. The album consists of only essentials to enjoy an album compactly. It’s only around 60g.
Nemo Albums are in different forms such as cards, TAG LPs, keyrings, figures, etc. Through Nemoz App, Nemo Album certifies the authenticity of the album in three methods: NFC, Nemo Code, and QR Code. You can enjoy music, videos, images, and a variety of other content once you activate the album on your account. Every content on Nemoz App is multilingual. You can use the app without language barriers. The album content gets continuous updates even after the release and uplifts the value of possessing the album.

* Once you activate a Nemo Album on an account, you cannot activate the album on an account other than the initial account.
* You can register up to 2 devices on your Nemoz account. When you disconnect the device, you can link other devices freely. If you cannot use the registered device due to a loss or other reason, you can disconnect the device once a month.

1. Order cancellation
- Cancellation cannot be made after 12:00p.m. on the next day of the order date, though the shipment hasn’t begun.
- If the product hasn’t shipped yet, the cancellation can be made before 12:00p.m. on the next day of order date through email.
- When ordering through deposit, order cancellation before payment is done if payment isn’t made within 3 days.
- If cancellation is received/approved after shipping due to private reasons, then you must pay for round-trip delivery rate to your location.
2. Exchange/Refund
- Exchange/refund request can be registered through email within 7 days after delivery.
- The round-trip shipping rate is charged to the customer for exchange/refund due to customer’s private reasons.
- If refund is approved after request, then we will guide you in regard to the refund charge and round-trip delivery fees.
- If the product is different from our description/advertisement on the page, or you are eligible for exchange/refund due to product malfunction or wrong delivery, then the shipping rate for refund/exchange will be paid by our company.
※ Other policies regarding exchange/refund will follow the Terms of Agreement & Usage.3. Cases when refund is not possible
- When there is no product failure/wrong delivery
- When no description is offered for reasons for refund
- When seal/tag of the product has been removed
- When the product is used or laundered at least once
- When the product is damaged/changed due to reason attributable to customer
- When product packaging (bag/case) is lost
- When the refund date has passed
- When the product or its packaging is damaged
4. Delivery Information
1) Shipping Charge
- The international shipping price differs according to the weight and rate set by the shipping company (box weight included).2) Delivery Date
- Generally, delivery is completed within a minimum of 5 to a maximum of 10 business days after payment is completed.
- The delivery date may change depending on the country, product inventory, customs, and other factors.
- You can check the delivery information after the shipping has started through your email or My Page > Order Details Page.3) Precautions (The delivery date may be inevitably delayed due to the circumstances below. We ask for your kind understanding.)
- Ordering is done during or before company’s holidays.
- Delivery coincides with company holidays, year-end and New Year holidays, or summer holidays.
- High delivery traffic (e.g. due to bad weather)
- Orders made during Saturdays, Sundays, or festival days are sent on the next business day.
