[제1권]
제1회 다섯살의 가신
우에스기가(上杉家)의 가신으로써의 나오에카네츠구의 인생은 에이로쿠(永? 7년(1564년) 에치고(越後) 우에다쇼(上田庄)에서 일어난 영주익사 사건에서부터 시작 된다.
이 사건을 우에스기테루토라(후 켄신)의 암살이라고 생각한 나가오일가 가신들은 전쟁에 대비해 성에 집결 한다.
그 곳에 우에스기 테루토라가 나타나 마사카게의처 토우(켄신의 친누나)와 아들 기헤지(후 카게카츠)와 만난다.
어린 요로쿠(후의카네츠구)는 그 장면을 몰래 지켜보고 있었다.
제2회 울보 요로쿠
에이로쿠 7년(1564) 겨울, 다섯 살인 요로쿠(후의 카네츠구)는 키헤이지(후의 카게카츠)와 함께 에치고 우에다 촌의 절에서 수업을 받으며 살고 있었다.
어느 밤, 요로쿠는 외로워 절에서 도망쳐 나온다. 그것을 안 키헤이지는 그의 뒤를 쫓는다. 그 사건을 계기로 요로쿠와키 헤이지의 사이가 가까워 진다.
제3회 나리의 첫사랑
텐쇼원년(1573년) 4월, 우에스기군의 회의에서 라이벌 관계인 카게카츠 와켄신의 양자인 카게토라는 뜨거운 논쟁을 벌인다.
군 회의에서 돌아오는 길에, 카네츠구는 우연히 우에스기가의 가신나오에카 게츠나의 딸 오센을 만나게 된다.
며칠 후 카네츠구는 카게카츠의 동생인 하나히 메로부터 카게카츠가 오센에게 호의를 품고 있다고 전해 듣는다.
카네츠구는 카게카츠를 위해 거짓으로 편지를 써 오센에게 전달 한다.
[제2권]
제4회 연상의그녀
텐쇼우 원년(1573년) 7월, 전쟁에서 돌아온 우에스기 군(軍)은 카게카츠와 카게토라 두 사람의 활약에 흥분해 있었다.
켄신은 호오죠오 가에서 양자로 온 카게토라를 카게카츠의 여동생인 하나히 메와 혼인시키기로 결심 한다.
이내카네츠구는 축의 품을 사기 위해 오센과 둘이서 나오에쯔로 향한다.
다음해 노부나가 가켄신에게 보내온 병풍의 수수께기를 풀기 위해카네츠구는 노부나가의 사자로 온 하츠네와 함께 노부나가가 있는 기후 성으로 향한다.
제5회 노부나가는 무자비한 사람인가
덴쇼(天正) 2년(1574년) 5월, 가네츠구는 우에스기 가문의 사자 일행에 끼어 노부나가가 있는 기후성을 방문한다.
하쓰네의 도움으로 노부나가를 만나게 된 가네쓰구는 노부나가에게 의(義) 정신을 이야기해 보지만, 노부나가는 낡은 생각이라고 일축한다.
그날 밤에 노부나가는 가네츠구를 죽이려 하지만 이시다 미쓰나리(사키치)가 가네츠구를 구한다.
이듬해 노부나가는 나가시노(長篠) 전투에서 다케다를 물리친뒤 우에스기의 영지 에치고를 위협하듯 전진한다.
제6회 이제 출진
카네츠구는 노부나가에게 대항 하는 토벌군에 참전한다. 그러나 첫 참전 에서카네츠구는 적군을 죽일 수 없었고, 그는 낙담 한다.
한편 나나오성을 공격하는 우에스기군 내부에서가게카츠의 가신과 가게토라의 가신 간의 분쟁이 일어 나게되 카네츠구는 소동을 일으킨 것에 대한 처벌을 받게 된다
그리고 가네츠구는 겐신의<너 자신을 되돌아 보라>는 말을 가슴에 품은 채 군을 떠난다.
제7회 어머니의 바람
우에스기 겐신 으로부터 반성하라는 명을 받았던 카네츠구는 고향 우에다쇼에 있는 운동암(雲洞庵)(어릴적 카네츠구가 지내던 절) 에서 자신을 되돌아 보고 있었다.
어느날 동생인 요시치가 어머니의 상태가 좋지 않다는 이야기를 전 한다. 그러나 가네츠구는 가지 않겠다고 말한다.
그 무렵 호오죠오는 관동지방에 있는 우에스기의 성들을 다시 공격한다.
우에스기 군은 나나오성공격을 중지하고 호오죠오를 토벌하기 위해방향을 바꾼다. 겐신이나 나오 성 공격을 시작할 무렵 카네츠구 에게 어머니가 위독하다는 연락이 온다.
[제3권]
제8회 켄신의 유언
드디어 나나오성의 함락에 성공한 우에스기 겐신은 뒤이어 카가에 있는 테도리 강에서 노부나가 군에게 대승을 거둔다.
칩거 중인 카네츠구는 하츠네로 부터 그 소식을 듣는다. 해가 바뀌고 칩거를 깬 카네츠구는 동생 요시치와 함께 카스가야마로 돌아 간다.
오랜만에 그와 만난 카게카츠와 우에다 사람들은 그를 반갑게 맞이한다.
켄신은 카네츠구에게 너야 말로 나의 유일한 제자라고 말 한다. 그러나 그 기쁨도 잠시, 켄신이 갑자기 쓰러지고 만다
제9회 켄신이 죽다
관동출진을 앞두고 켄신이 갑자기 병에 걸려 쓰러진다. 카네츠구는 켄신을 간병 한다. 그러나 켄신은 “너의 의(義)”라는 말을 남기고 죽게 된다.
켄신의 죽음으로 우에스기가는 상속권을 사이에 두고 카게카츠파와 카게토라파의 대립상태로 치닫는다....

- If refund is approved after request, then we will guide you in regard to the refund charge and round-trip delivery fees.
- If the product is different from our description/advertisement on the page, or you are eligible for exchange/refund due to product malfunction or wrong delivery, then the shipping rate for refund/exchange will be paid by our company.
