◎ 줄거리
1편 : 10만년의 여정
상상 이상의 영상이 온다. 인간과 물고기 10만년의 위대한 대결.
지금 이 순간, 지중해에선 참다랑어 떼를 ‘죽음의 방’에 가둬 핏빛 살육의 축제를 벌이고, 아프리카에선 1년에 단 하루,
4천명이 모여 15분간의 민물메기 전투를 벌이고, 라오스에선 거친 급류 위에 놓인 외줄을 건너 한 마리의 물고기를 잡기 위해 사투를 벌인다.
10만 년 전, 인류가 최초의 작살(harpoon)을 만들어 물고기 사냥을 시작한 이래, 오늘날 한해 1억 톤의 물고기를 잡기까지 인류의 역사엔 어떤 이야기가 숨어있을까?
지구라는 대자연에서 인간과 물고기가 벌여온 위대한 대결, 그 10만 년의 여정으로 안내한다.
2편 : 위대한 비린내
비린내 뒤에 숨겨진 놀라운 이야기.
인류가 물고기를 만난 것만큼 큰 행운이 있을까? 물고기는 비교적 쉽게 많은 양을 잡을 수 있지만, 잡아놓으면 비린내를 풍기며 금방 썩어버린다.
하지만 이런 딜레마 덕분에 오히려 인간은 더 많은 물고기를 더 맛있게 먹을 수 있게 되었다. 세계 어느 곳에서나 물고기를 더 오래 보관하려 했고,
그 결과 개성 넘치는 다양한 저장법이 탄생했기 때문이다. 가뭄과 기근으로부터 구원한 인류 최고의 지혜가 건조, 훈제, 염장, 발효 물고기의
강렬한 비린내 속에 숨어있다면 믿을 수 있을까? 우리가 미처 몰랐던 비린내 뒤에 숨겨진 오래고도 흥미로운 이야기가 펼쳐진다.
3편 : 스시오디세이
간을 맞춘 쌀밥 위에 동그랗게 얹어진 신선한 생선살.
‘스시’만큼 미스터리하고 변화무쌍한 음식은 없다. 수천 년 전, 세계에서 가장 역겨운 냄새가 나던 아시아의 썩은 물고기가 오늘날, 세계인이

4편 : 금요일의 물고기
그리스도가 십자가에 못 박힌 성금요일, 이날은 1년 중 스페인 전역에서 대구 소비가 가장 많은 날이다.
여기에는 오래된 비밀이 한 가지 숨어있다. 수도사는 물론 일반인들 역시 속죄와 참회의 뜻으로 고기 대신 생선을 먹어야 하기 때문이다.
4세기경부터 시작된 금요일의 어식문화는 전 유럽에 걸쳐 엄청난 생선수요를 만들었고 이후 양어기술과 어업의 발달, 그리고 신대륙의 발견까지 가져왔다는데...
2천년 유럽의 역사에 지울 수 없는 흔적을 남긴 그리스도와 물고기! 그 신비하고도 흥미로운 이야기 속으로 초대한다.
5편 : 슈퍼피쉬 다이어리
지금껏 경험하지 못한 역동적인 비주얼,,,
드넓은 강과 푸른 대양을 오가던 물고기들의 죽음과 운명 뒤에 감춰진 수만 년의 이야기를 들려주기 위해 시작한 여정.
물고기 사냥의 긴장과 흥분, 감동을 고스란히 전하기 위해 전 세계 23개국에서 아름다운 자연과 낯설고 경이로운 풍경들을 독창적으로 담아냈다.
찰나의 물고기 잡이를 스펙터클한 영상으로 승화시킨 HD수중초고속촬영, 스틸카메라 60대를 연결하여 사용하는 정지입체동영상
타임슬라이스(Time-Slice), 케이블캠(Calbe Cam) 등 첨단 촬영이 바로 그것이다. 기나긴 제작의 여정을 마치며 던지는 질문 하나.

1. Order cancellation
